本會（中華移民品質保障協會）參與由內政部及教育部主辦、內政部入出國及移民署承辦之【全國新住民火炬計畫】活動，感謝弘鼎法律事務所所長李岳霖律師率領律師團隊於活動現場提供外籍配偶免費法律諮詢服務，確實對此活動助益良多。
活動當日，本會周理事長應邀上台領取移民署頒發予本會之感謝狀乙紙，會後更與內政部李鴻源部長及移民署謝立功署長交換意見並合影。
本次活動之主要服務內容如下：
【外 籍配偶免費法律諮詢 Free Legal Consultation to Foreign Spouses】
近年來外籍配偶人數日漸增加且在台生活時常面臨適應、語言、教育、法律、就業、醫療、社會福利等多元性之問題。為此，｢中華移民品質保障協會｣提供“外籍配偶免費法律諮詢”，現場將由弘鼎法律事務所專業律師團隊為大家服務。
本活動採預約方式報名，分為上午10:15～12:15及下午1:30～3:30兩個場次，每場次限定參加名額為16人（請於現場領取號碼牌），且每人每次法律諮詢時間僅限十五分鐘，歡迎外籍配偶多加利用。
Due to growth in the number of foreign spouses in Taiwan and the fact that the foreign spouses often face various issues regarding adaption, language, education, law, employment, medication, and social welfare in daily life, the Chinese Immigration Quality Assurance Association is pleased to provide “free legal consultation to foreign spouses”. The consultation will be rendered on-site by the lawyers of Via Justice Law Offices.
Prior registration is required for the consultation. The consultation is divided into 2 sessions- 10:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. and 1:30 P.M. to 3:30 P.M. Each session is limited to 16 persons only (please ask for the registration card on-site) and each person will have 15-minute consultation. We sincerely welcome foreign spouses to take advantage of this generous free consultation!
